During my last trip, in March, I began testing out invoicing for appointments and it seemed to work really well. All feedback was positive with most of you saying how convenient it was to just exit after your service, especially with everyone’s next appointment already pre-booked. The only thing to trouble shoot was product purchasing. Invoicing was super helpful with such a tightly packed schedule in March and as capacity is fully back to normal, I will be double booking select appointments again. This method of payment will help to ensure time management and ease of service!
The plan, I will send an invoice to you on the morning of your service. You may pay then, during or after your service. I will also send (separately) an invoice for any products you may want to purchase and set them aside for you. You’ll be able to walk on out after your service! If we add additional service while you are in the chair, such as a haircut or conditioning treatment, I’ll invoice you for that add-on at the end of the day. If we need to adjust the booking of a future appointment while you are in salon, we absolutely can! Vacation plans, big changes to your color or haircut, all can still be managed in house. Same goes for same day product purchasing, I understand you may not know what you’ll need/want!
This brings us to pre-booking. Everyone is currently booked through 06/2022. I have opened up the second half of the year and about 40% of you have begun to set up appointments. If I am seeing you this next trip, I will be focused on pre-booking the rest of the year with you. I’ll reach out to any remaining clients on April 20th. Remember, always best to book and adjust later if the appointment conflicts with other plans you may make! If you want to secure a preferred day and time, reach out at any time. No worries though, the pattern of appointments has always worked out for getting in, especially if you’re schedule tends to be more flexible. If you’d like to look over your schedule, below are my return dates after June.
July 16-18, August 27-29, October 8-10, November 19-21 and December 17-19.
The December return is only four weeks after November rather than the typical six week return. I wanted to make sure I could squeeze in one more visit for the holiday hair rush!
